MOVE-OUT PROCEDURES
- Submit your move-out notice at least 10 days in advance.
- Pay any remaining balance on your account.
- Remove your lock on move-out day.
- Make sure the space is completely empty and unlocked.
- Vacate the space before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the full month.
AVOID A CLEANING FEE
- Remove all personal belongings from the property.
- Do not leave items near the dumpster.
- Sweep and clean the space before leaving.
- Email the facility a picture showing the empty unit. Include the unit tag in the picture.
